Covid 19's effects have caused significant delays with our manufacturer, customs and UPS/Fed Ex.  As soon as we receive your items, we are mailing them out and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  Please make sure you add us to your address book so you will not miss our emails.  

In-Stock Ordering:

We offer many in-stock items that ship within a week.  We are unable to combine shipping. 

Pre-orders and Ship Dates:

We offer many of our items as a pre-order so that we can ensure we order the sizes our customers want. Pre-order lead times range from 45-100 days but could be delayed longer if Covid-19 resurges.  For all pre-orders, the expected delivery date will be listed on the product description.

All pre-orders and non sale items that are returned, canceled or are duplicate orders are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.  Once you place a pre-order, an item is made specially for you and if you had not ordered it, it would not have been made. We ask that you double check your order very carefully before submitting to ensure all information is correct. We will no longer be able to add or edit orders or change sizes once pre-orders have been submitted.

If you choose our split pay option during pre-order sales, you will be charged a $5 split pay fee and are responsible for paying your balance by the deadline of September 1, 2021. Split invoices will be emailed to the email that was used on the initial order.  If you do not pay your balance by the due date, you will forfeit the clothes ordered and the deposit you paid. There is a $20 late fee if you want to reclaim your order but we cannot guarantee that we will still have your sizes available.

If you add a monogram during the pre order, then it is typically mailed 1-2 weeks after we receive the items.  


SALE ITEMS or personalized items are final sale and not returnable or exchangeable.  For non-sale items, we will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 7 days of receipt of your order.   All non-sale items that are returned, will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.  

If you need to return an item, please mail back at your own expense and include the attached  Return Authorization Form.  Our return address is:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  


Exchanges are not accepted on sale or personalized items. If you need to make an exchange, please re-order on our website and follow above for returning your item for a refund.  The restocking fee is waived on exchanges for the same item in a different size.

If you have an address change, please email us immediately at and include your order number and new address.
