We will accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Personalized items or custom orders cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Most of our sales are posted as a pre-order so that we can ensure we order the sizes our customers want. Pre-orders mail out 90 days or less from the sale. If you add a monogram, then it is typically mailed a week later. Our sales take place on our Facebook page at 8:30 pm CST and we will send out an email prior to the sale.
